Junior Lettings Negotiator

Dynamic, future thinking independent agency based in the Vibrant East End of London on the borders of Shoreditch & Brick Lane are looking for a young entrepreneurial, motivated, driven and confident individual to join our existing team. The ideal candidate will be driven, money hungry and self-motivated. Previous sales/ retail or estate agency experience beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided for the chosen individual.

The Role: As a junior negotiator you will be required to perform the following tasks / duties

• Accompanied viewings with prospective tenants


• Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective tenants


• Registering enquiries and arranging appointments


• Following up enquiries


• Co-ordinating move-ins


• Processing payments (deposits + first month’s rent etc)


• Occasional property inspections when required


• Working as part of the Lettings team


• Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team

To apply for this role you must:

• Have excellent written and spoken English, there is lots of telephone work required


• Have some level of IT proficiency – MS Outlook, Word, Excel etc


• Be of a smart appearance/ well presented


• Success / Money driven


• Highly motivated


• Hard working


• Be well spoken, confident and outgoing


• Previous sales/ retail or estate agency experience


• Have a full UK drivers licence and your own vehicle


• A passion for London, property and people


• The ability to negotiate·

Essential Criteria

• A car


• A full, valid UK or EU driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK is essential for the role

Desirable Criteria

• Experience in Sales and/or Retail


• Additional languages


• Hours of work Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm / 10am – 6pm & 1-2 Saturdays per month on a rota 10am – 2pm.

• 12,000 p/annum basic – 22,000+ OTE
