I’m looking for a passionate Junior Sous chef for this amazing luxury hotel situated in Central London. The role will suit an experienced junior sous chef or senior chef de partie who has been working in a high quality restaurants, ideally Rosette level or michelin. The menu offers an amazing modern french cuisine, the restaurant is always fully booked due to the great reputation. The brigade works well together and it is a great opportunity to join this successful group.

The junior sous chef will assist the Sous chef on training juniors chefs, maintain the high quality standard and also all the Health and safety for the kitchen. The junior sous chef will have a great training to grow as sous chef.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate in delivering an exceptional dining experience. It is an exciting opportunity for a senior CDP or junior sous chef who wants to grow and learn from talented Senior Chefs. You will have the opportunity to learn in depth about organisation, quality and management.

The Junior Sous Chef will require to/be:

• A strong individual with the skills set and experience to assist the Sous Chef run the main kitchen operation,


• Experienced in Rosettes/Hotel Restaurant


• Deliver the highest standards of service within the kitchen team


• An Excellent team player


• Attention to details

You will develop a real flair and understanding of Modern French cuisine. You’ll be part of a hard working brigade, dedicated and have the opportunity to developed strong skills.
