Full & Part Time flexible hours
Hourly Rate: £8.93 – £9.23 per hour
We are looking for a Lead Care and Support worker to join our busy, growing homecare team.

This is a senior care worker role that involves supporting and mentoring other members of staff.

Our Lead Care & Support Workers

• Provide excellent care to our service users in their own homes maintaining their independence, choice and dignity


• Guide, direct and support junior Care and Support Workers in delivering outstanding care


• Deliver on-the-job training to junior staff as required, including one-to-one training


• Work effectively with the senior management team including providing high quality feedback to the Team Leader and Registered Manager
