Brief Outline:

Project Manager – Main Contracting – £65k – London. Due to continued success, a progressive main contractor requires an accomplished Project Manager to lead the construction of 16 Townhouses within a large basement in Brixton. Working very closely with the Operations Manager you will need to be confident and able to work in a client facing role, commercially astute with strong leadership and management skills as you will be required to oversee a large work force.

About the Client:

Operating across the UK, my client is a specialist provider of construction management, facilities management, planned and reactive building maintenance and consultancy services across the United Kingdom. With a turnover around the £6m mark at the end of the last financial year my client are a progressive company and are projected to achieve circa £25m in turnover by the end of the next financial year. My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager in and around London.

About the Role:

* Managing the construction of 16 Townhouses within a large basement
* Someone competent liaising with architects and consultants and dealing with sub-contractors
* To work alongside the QS to ensure project budgets are adhered to and maximize profit where possible
* To provide management, support and technical expertise where required to the site based managers
* Ensure all internal process are adhered to
* Ultimately taking responsibility to ensure the projects are completed within budget and programme whilst all health and safety guidelines are adhered to

About the Candidate:

* Client facing, commercially astute and with a proven track record of delivering new build schemes coupled with a stable employment history you will be looking for an opportunity to join a progressive company where you can further develop your career

ADDITIONAL:
* Must possess valid CSCS, First Aid & SMSTS accreditations
* Degree qualified or Chartered status is advantageous although not essential
