R DATA SCIENTIST – THE ROLE

• You will be joining an established analytics team using R to analyse large volumes of customer data


• You will be working on a wide variety of projects, building advanced statistical models using R to gain an in depth understanding of the customer


• As the lead Data Scientist you will be responsible for mentoring more junior analysts and indtroducing new technologies and techniques


• You will be working with a number of teams and stakeholders across the business and be responsible for delivering data driven insight to increase ROI

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful R Data Scientist will have the following essential skills and experience:

• Experience using R and SQL


• Experience conducting statistical analysis e.g. regression, clustering and propensity modelling.


• Experience of delivering data driven actionable insights.


• Experience of presenting results to a variety of audiences both technical and non-technical.


• A relevant numerical degree at 2:1 or above.

THE SALARY AND BENEFITS

£45,000 – £55,000 + bonus + pension
