Seasonal Warehouse Assistant - West Ham United FC. - London E20

West Ham United has officially opened its magnificent new home at the London Stadium on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park selling out to a stage for 60,000 fans for the 2016/17 season.

This iconic new Stadium has the best transport links for any football stadium in the country allowing anyone in and around the London area to easily and quickly travel to Stratford.

We currently have a number of exciting opportunities for highly motivated Warehouse Assistants to join our team, assisting us with our first Christmas at the new Stadium. This is an opportunity to work for the Club during the most exciting and successful times in its illustrious history. We are looking for extremely hard working, reliable and flexible candidates to stock all of our retail outlets, including the Stadium store of 15,000 square feet (the size of a football pitch!)

In this role you will also help to taking control of stock levels and moving items to where they are most needed. Helping to unload and load merchandise will be a daily duty and you will also help with regular stock takes and assist with other warehouse duties as necessary.

Previous experience working within a warehouse environment would be advantageous, however the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced retail environment is essential. Preferred candidates will have previously worked to tight deadlines as well as possess the ability to adapt to changing circumstances quickly. A keen attention to detail and extremely organised mind-set are crucial. It is important that you are able to work shifts and flexible hours at peak times.

• Make sure you don’t have any other commitments (holidays, work, education) between September and December that would stop you fulfilling a minimum of 16 hours per week

• Make sure you can easily travel to and from London Stadium – this may include early starts and late finishes


• You must have experience of heavy lifting


• Please clearly highlight your warehouse experience in your application
