Senior Contact Coordinator Full Time

£28,600 to £38,600

We at the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea would describe our approach as forward thinking in our work to supporting Children and families. We have recently come together with Hammersmith and Fulham and Westminster to set up and create an exciting brand new shared contact service.

We are looking to recruit a senior contact coordinator, the ideal candidate will have experience of creating and managing new systems, as well as the ability to manage contact co ordinators across 2 boroughs. You will need to be a forward thinking individual to work within our new service, bringing in enthusiasm and an innovative approach to work.

You will play a key role in helping to achieve an excellent service by, co-ordinating referrals, transportation, allocating supervisors and appropriate venues.

Having already proven your aptitude for the administrative and organisational aspects of contact service coordination, the quality that will really set you apart is your ability as a communicator. Credible within the team and quick to earn the trust of service users, you are someone who understands and shows empathy without compromising your professional responsibilities.

The post will be based in Westminster, but will include frequent travel to centres within Hammersmith and Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and a Criminal Records Bureau Enhanced Disclosure will be untaken on the successful candidate.
