Senior Merchandising Allocator - Garrard & Co Ltd - London W1S

As Senior Allocator you will be responsible for providing a timely, accurate and proactive stock allocation service to the business, this is included’s Garrard & Co Ltd and our sister brand Stephen Webster Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
Stock and allocation

• Manage Retail allocation and replenishment by reviewing and maintaining stock profiles.


• Manage stock levels, build stock for promotion and manage non active lines.


• To deal with any queries from Retail/US.


• To ensure monthly stock from Wholesale client is updated to make proposal of stock rotation/replenishment if required along with analysis of sell through data.


• To propose and action monthly retail merchandising re-assortment by working with Retail Store Managers and Merchandiser.


• To propose and action quarterly Global merchandising re-assortment along with the Merchandiser.


• To work with relevant departments to ensure stock is used and controlled as efficiently as possible.


• Deal with and redistribute stock transfer and recalls from wholesale clients via sales team.


• Assist on completing price book once a year.

Reporting

• Weekly Retail Sales reporting.


• Monthly client memo reconciliation (ensure stock rotation).


• Monthly non active analysis.

Experience, knowledge & skills
Experience

• At least 2 years of experience at Allocator level.


• Retail/Wholesale experience preferred.

Knowledge

• Good spoken and written English.


• Jewellery and/or luxury brand knowledge desirable but not essential.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Attention to detail and ability to plan and organise your workload.


• Excellent IT skills – Excel intermediate level.


• A genuine interest in Merchandising and willingness to learn and excel in the field.
