We are working exclusively with global digital group company in the quest for an experienced Senior Scrum Master (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, BDD, TDD, XP). As a key Senior Scrum Master (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, BDD, TDD, XP) you will possess a blend of Scrum and Agile development skills with methodologies such as Kanban, BDD, TDD, XP.

The key requirements for this Senior Scrum Master (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, BDD, TDD, XP) role are the following:

• Proven track record as a successful Remaster in software/product development (min 3 years)

• Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, Coach or relative proven experience


• Agile experience: (Scrum, Kanban, DaD, SaFE) including the use of BDD, TDD, XP


• Proven success in facilitating the delivery of agile projects, end to end

• Demonstrable knowledge of backlog management, agile planning, velocity measurement, user stories, task definition and scrum ceremony


• Strong understanding of other processes and methodologies (BDD, TDD, XP, Lean Change Management, and can draw from other techniques to provide value to teams and the organisation


• Previous experience working with senior management and cross business groups to implement the necessary organisational changes required by new agile techniques


• Proven experience of assisting in establishing agile product management practices in the business.
