Training and Support Specialist - CK Clinical - North London





Lucy Stendall is recruiting for a field based Training & Support Specialist to join a Global Leader in Diabetes care on a rolling 6 month contract.

The Training & Support Specialist will be responsible for co-ordinating and carrying out all product related training for new and existing hospitals.


The main purpose of the role will be to:


  • Develop relationships with both new and existing hospital accounts.

  • Implement regular audit visits to hospital accounts to review product performance, user technique, training issues and QC performance and compiling reports on these back to relevance hospital personnel.

  • Promote the features, advantages and benefits of the company’s technology.

  • Comply with the company’s policies and procedures to meet statutory, quality and business requirements within the overall strategy objectives of the company.

Further responsibilities will include:

  • Product training for healthcare professionals.

  • Ensuring quality control of the company’s meters is performed to meet contract requirements.

  • Coordinating implementations and upgrades within company strategies.

  • Supporting sales cycles for target secondary care accounts with regard to training and support.

  • Effective and appropriate communication with relevant people both internal and external to maximise business efficiency.

  • Attending regular departmental meetings with manager / supervisor to build in continuous feedback mechanisms.

In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Located in North London and willing to travel.

  • A background in healthcare training, with an understanding of the hospital environment.

  • Previous experience of MS Office and flexible use of electronic reporting tools.

  • Experience of direct customer interface and involvement with sales people plus involvement and influence in a variety of projects often running concurrently.

  • A full UK driving license and your own car.
