The Candidate

The successful applicant must be available to interview week commencing March 7th and able to commit to start by the latest of Monday March 14th. Applicants must have at least 18-24 months within a stable position. Due to the nature of this role applicants with under 3 years experience will not be considered for this position.

The Role

My client is seeking an immediately available Accounts Assistant who has proven experience within the Media, Creative or Fashion sector to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fast paced role which will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to work within a rapidly growing organisation.

Salary:- £24,000 – £25,000 PA
Working hours:- 09:30 – 18:30
Start:- Monday 14th March
Closest station:– Ladbroke grove.

Overview

You will be responsible for the Sales and Purchase ledgers across the organisation within this 360 accounts assistant role.

– Raise advance & Fee Invoices
– Credit Notes
– Match, batch and code invoices
– Process invoices using Sage
– Supplier Reconciliations
– Multiple Currency reconciliations
– Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding account queries
– Preparing payment schedules
– Producing trader creditors report

Essential

– Previous experience working in the Fashion/Creative or Media sector within an Accounts based role. 
– Minimum of 3 years experience.
– Minimum of 18-24 months length of service within previous employment.
-Experience working with EMEA and/or APAC markets.
– Flexible, with the ability to commit to the organisation.

Preferred

– AAT Qualified or Early ACCA/CIMA studier. 
– Competent using Sage
– Intermediate Excel skills (V-Look Up, Pivot tables etc)
