Skills, Qualities and Experience for the PHP developer

-a minimum of 3 years commercial experience in OO PHP SQL, MySQL etc

-application development, including some knowledge of both database and front-end technologies

Ideally the php developer will also be able to show logical reasoning, problem solving ability and a passion for robust coding principles

as well as knowledge of refactoring techniques and design patterns.
