Assistant Manager - Hounslow - The Works Stores Ltd - Hounslow

The Works Stores Ltd are currently seeking an experienced retail Assistant Manager working 40 hours per week at our store in Hounslow .

The Works pride ourselves on being a family friendly discount retailer trading from over 300 stores nationwide and online. We are a fast-paced retailer providing good quality, great value Gift, Art, Craft, Hobby, Stationery, Toy and Book products. As an Assistant Manager you will report to the Branch Manager and assist in achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, recruiting, retaining and training store team including the organising of staff rotas, control of stock and the completion of relevant paperwork.

New Assistant Managers receive a structured management induction programme. Only successful applicants will be contacted for an interview. If you are successful for an interview you must show your eligibility to work in the UK e.g. original passport, birth certificate full version, identification card. An interview will not be conducted without this documentation
