Job Title – Claims Administrator
Contract – Permanent
Location – London
Industry – Insurance Company (Insurance, Company, Administrator, Claims)

We are seeking an experienced Administrator for one of our most respected clients, a global insurance organisation based in London.


The role includes responsibility for:
Receive Notification of Claims
Set up claims files and allocate relevant paperwork
Preperation of letters
Dealing with Internal and Externcal calls


Technical Capabilities
·Appropriate knowledge of Lloyd’s market, Binding Authorities and Coverholder issues.
·Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
·Good Excel & Word skills.
·Thorough knowledge of BAS.
·Good communication skills.


In summary, we are looking for candidates who strongly match the following requirements:
·Confident communicator; able to speak to underwriters, claims and influence at a senior level
·Strong organisational skills; will need to coordinate the team
·Existing understanding of Claims processes would be an advantage
·Need someone who is happy to commit for the full duration of the contract
