Front of House Receptionist/Switchboard Operator
A friendly and innovative accountancy practice based a stones throw from Tower Hill has a requirement for a confident, proactive, experienced front of house receptionist to join them on a contract basis until early September 2016.
Working in a stand alone position the job role offers a variety of duties including answering incoming calls, transferring or taking detailed messages, managing meeting room bookings, undertaking administration duties, booking couriers and meeting and greeting clients and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a front of house receptionist role in a corporate environment and utilised a computerised switchboard.
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and outlook is required as is a polite and confident telephone manner.
The hours are 8:30am – 6pm Monday to Friday with 25 days holiday (pro rata)
