There are exciting opportunities for projects abroad, including curating and building an EMEA summit which is a challenging and meaty step up for a capable assistant looking to progress.

This is not a standard agency assistant – you are emotionally intelligent and ambassadorial in approach.

You are a PA with 3 years media planning & buying experience and will have excellent PowerPoint and MS Office skills and enjoy putting your creative stamp on things. You’ll have an understanding of the global footprint, savvy diary management with the sophisticated control that goes with it with digital marketing knowledge preferred. French/another European language speaking is preferred but not essential.
