The Reception Teacher Person Specification
The perfect applicant for this opportunity will be an enthusiastic Reception Teacher who has the skills and the drive to be able to encourage greater learning in class, ad help develop the social interaction of students and make them feel comfortable and secure in their learning environment! Bringing the core skills of communication and organisation will allow you to keep track of student progress and adjust your teaching to encompass every students’ requirements. If you can focus on school improvement and have a genuine passion for teaching, this is for you!

The Reception Teacher Role
As a Reception Teacher at this lovely Primary school, you will be teaching an eager Reception class consisting of 28 children, and you will be naturally able to add to the creative environment of the department. One of the major reasons this school has achieved so much success is down to the extensive support staff in place, and you will provided with a Teaching Assistant, a sizeable classroom, and the school even benefits from an outer learning space which you can utilise too! Inspire and motivate young minds through play-based learning, and help them to get the best possible start to their education!
