Renewals Manager





Greene & Co. are looking to appoint a Renewals Manager to run their existing renewals operation in Kentish Town.


The Role


Renewals Manager
Reporting to Head of Client Services


Job Specification:


To effectively and efficiently manage the Renewals team in all their duties ensuring that compliance is achieved and risk kept to a minimum in the completion of legal paperwork and the following of Lettings procedures. To maximize the renewal conversion rate and income stream and develop the level of cross referrals to other parts of the business. To manage the team in a way that ensures an excellent customer experience for both internal and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


-Responsible for managing and supporting the team in the day to day activities from training, 121 meetings, and quality control.
-Achievement of individual and team targets in line with company sales goals, KPI`s and profitability.
-Proactively develop strong relationships with internal & external clients to enable to provide the high standard service to all.
-Providing monthly reports to management team to show the output of the department.
-To be conversant and knowledgeable in product. (Training will be given)
-Effectively manage the team to maximize renewals income and seek and promote new business opportunities.
-Ensuring clients understanding of features and benefits of our service.
-To make and receive calls to meet and exceed KPI`s and support the rest of the business needs.
-To ensure the company CRM system is updated accurately and notes are entered following each call.
-Maximise opportunity and cross sell at available opportunities.
-Maintaining up to date knowledge for self and team of legal regulations, policies and procedures for Greene and Co to comply with.
-Accountable for promoting and maintain Health & Safety standards for team.


Internal / External Cooperation


-To respond to all forms of communication e.g. telephone, email, etc., in a timely and proficient manner.
-Record all correspondence on in-house CRM system accurately.
-Disposition calls correctly on our in-house CRM system.
-Ensure a professional and friendly manner at all times.
-When called upon carry out other duties as required.
-Be flexible on working hours as business needs may change at short notice.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience:


-Experience in a Renewal or Lettings role.
-Determination and drive to increase sales volumes by working to targets.
-Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
-Strong organisation and time management skills.
-IT literate.
-Confident approach.
-Ability to use own initiative.
-Adaptable, flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
-Attention to detail.
-Team player.
-A desire to be the best you can be! Life is not a rehearsal.
