Bodean’s BBQ Restaurant, London’s Original Smokehouse, (voted No1 BBQ in the UK by The Daily Telegraph) are opening new restaurants and bars. We are looking for all positions in the Kitchen including Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, Chef de parties, Grill chefs and kitchen assistants. Our food and restaurant is described as a Mid-West American BBQ Smokehouse style; all our meat products are smoked with oak wood in our imported bbq smoker pits. We’re looking for friendly, professional staff to form a strong team that is ready to face the many challenges of opening a new restaurant. Bodean’s is a growing restaurant group and there is plenty of potential to develop and enhance your skills as a chef. We offer competitive rates of pay, paid holidays and free staff meals.
