The Role

o Cold-calling potential new hiring managers and new clients

o Meeting and pitching face-to-face to win business

o Account managing clients moving forward

• Headhunting suitable candidates and pitching them roles


• Working closely with candidates, and guiding them through the recruitment process


• Managing the closing process to finalise deals

• High level of achievement within some form of sales environment -telesales, broking, door-to-door sale, field marketing, fundraising

First Year OTE: £35K

Basic Salary: £20-£22K + Unrivalled Commission Structure
