Administration Training Coordinator




Established and reputable business in Wimbledon need a temp asap until the end of July. You will be working in lovely offices with a friendly team of people.


Responsibilities;


As part of the team you will ensure co-ordination procedures for courses, events and qualification programmes are carried out efficiently and effectively. Respond timely to telephone and email queries and deal with enquiries by telephone, letter and email from customers, delegates, tutors and suppliers. Monitor the training operations email in-boxes and circulate for action as appropriate. Distribute all incoming post and action correspondence as required.


Administer learner support admin activities for training;


  • Notifying students of key dates and due dates.

  • Maintain student records in consensus course and student database and in hard copy/electronic files

  • Inform the Business Team of performance of qualifications

  • Maintain qualification documentation, procedures and information

  • Administer regular moderation sessions and prepare documentation for the moderator

Coordinate short in-house courses;


  • Liaising with tutors and ensuring their requirements for training events are met.

  • Ensure the effective production of all course documentation.

  • Ensure processes and procedures are carried out effectively e.g. delegate list preparation, handout preparation, notifying venues of course requirements

  • Liaise with the sales team to understand the needs of the customer for in-house courses.

Maintain contact with training venues, monitoring standards and cost effectiveness and ensure good relationships are maintained.


Assist the business managers in the induction of new tutors and the provision of relevant administrative procedures and document quality standards.


Requirements;


  • Minimum ‘A’ Level education

  • Good organisation and time management skills, ability to quickly prioritise and work under pressure and be flexible is required

  • Able to take ownership of your responsibilities

  • Self managing

  • Methodical, logical and numerate

  • Highly organised

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Someone positive with a ‘can do’ attitude

  • Intermediate to advanced level of MS Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Worked with databases previously

  • Have a good understanding of web-based technology

  • Welcome learning new technologies

  • Must be able to cope with the unexpected, keep calm and be able to make decisions using their initiative

  • Demonstrate appropriate levels of competence and behaviours including business awareness, building relationships, continuous improvement and innovation, customer focus, problem solving and decision taking, and results orientated.

The business is 5 minutes from Wimbledon town centre where Wimbledon station is, which serves The Tram Line and is within 5 minutes of South Wimbledon station and several buses.


Monday – Friday, 35 hour week
