Business Development Manager (Education) – Executive Search
30-55k Base, 50-75k OTE + Excellent Benefits

As a specialist Education based Executive Search Consultancy, our client solely focuses on recruiting Senior Leaders for schools, collages and education trusts throughout the UK. With their deep understanding of everything education, from recruiting challenges to governance, they are well placed to deliver world class candidates to a growing list of client accounts. Due to growth through London and the South East, they now have an exciting opening for an experience Business Development Manager.

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

• Work under the title of Client Manager and be responsible for developing a healthy sales pipeline


• Base yourself from home and attend our clients’ Cambridgeshire office 1 day per week


• Focus on winning business from new clients through generating leads, referrals and prospect databases


• Manage clients throughout the entire sales cycle


• Work closely with a designated Resource Team to deliver assignments


• Assist management in developing new strategies, markets and procedures

• Those with maturity, gravitas, business acumen and experience of managing entire sales cycles

The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 30-55k with an uncapped OTE of 50-75k plus an additional and generous benefits package.
