Digital Marketing and Communications Executive - NSL Ltd - London W5
Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing & Communication Executive based in Hanger Lane, Ealing.
As a Digital Marketing & Communications Executive you will be supporting the Head of Marketing & Account Development and Director of Communications in the delivery of NSL’s marketing and communications strategies through a combination of daily operations, projects and administration. The role will form part of a cross departmental team that increases the visibility of NSL’s leaders and experts, develop leads and enable the sales team to engage with other organisations in order to drive growth.
Key elements of the role
Marketing
Develop and run mini-campaigns for selected services (1 month to 3 months each)
Prepare and schedule social media (twitter/LinkedIn) content
Prepare content for and update digital platforms (website, online sales tools)
Set-up and manage small client events
Create copy, sourcing artwork and manage regular external email newsletters
Planning and creation of online value showcases
Attending local operations and client meetings
Managing agencies and internal suppliers
Communications
Preparing press releases and internal news stories and uploading these to the relevant platform
Create copy, sourcing artwork and manage regular internal email newsletters
Providing occasional cover for press enquiries
Selling in stories to media
Assisting the creation on internal engagement campaigns
Support
Raising, receiving and managing finances for the team
Organising materials for events and meetings
Reviewing copy and artwork
Scheduling and planning
Research and fact finding
Projects
Website refresh/redesign (assist on structure and lead on content)
Create a Brand ‘bible’
Create promotional material
Create an asset cataloging
Support Intranet refresh
Support arranging a Leadership conference
Competitor analysis

The ideal candidate
A marketing background or qualification, ideal but not essential
Experience working with Local and Central Government, ideal but not essential
Excellent written English is essential
Good organisational and planning skills
Understanding of marketing principles and application
Understanding of communication principles and application
In return for your time & hard work
£25,000 – £30,000 per annum per annum
25 days leave per annum plus bank holidays
