An Employment Solicitor is wanted for a rewarding opportunity with a leading top 100 law firm in London. This role will suit a junior professional who is just qualified/NQ or someone who has gained some experience with another well regarded firm, and ready to move up the career ladder. The salary for this role is negotiable.
My client is widely known for its unrivalled understanding of the health, social care and social housing sector. They deal with some of the biggest healthcare sector clients and regularly act on very high profile cases. The firm is also well known for its Employment, Commercial, Real Estate and Dispute Resolution.
The successful Employment Solicitor will be joining a solid team and they are one of the largest set ups in the country. They are the UKs leading supplier of Employment law services to NHS bodies so If candidates have experience of working on these specific types of matters, then they will be at an advantage when applying for this role.
Whilst previous experience in the field of healthcare or public sector is strongly preferred, it is not essential. Candidates will however be expected to be able to demonstrate that they are self-motivated and commercially minded, as well as having good interpersonal skills and being able to work effectively in teams.
This role will involve working on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious files, including general employment advisory work, tribunals claims, whistleblowing, high profile cases, redundancies, routine Employment scenarios right, and obviously healthcare legislation.
Applications are invited from Employment Solicitors who have just qualified, or just about to qualify, right through to 2 year PQE level professionals. Candidates who have working in a similar high calibre firm and team will work well for this role.
