The right applicant will have a talent for encouraging the participation of all students and a resilient nature. This post requires an experienced teacher who has the skills to lead from the front providing clear and concise goals and aims for their team to reach and achieve through their help and guidance.

About the EYFS Leader/EYFS Coordinator Role
In this exciting EYFS Leader/EYFS Coordinator position you will be planning and managing progression of the EYFS phase and you will be ensuring your team are progressing through regular observations. You will be working closely with the schools’ SLT and maintain open lines of communication and upgrading the quality of current practices across your phase. This is a maternity cover and could easily become permanent if it is the right role for you and the current EYFS Leader/EYFS Coordinator does not come back.
