Maintenance Controller
An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Controller to join the UK’s supplier of support services to armed forces and non-military customers based in Park Royal.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Carry out administrative tasks according to Managed Service Centre procedures, which include; data entry, warranty claims, order numbers etc.
*Ensure all telephone calls are dealt with promptly and efficiently, ensuring call targets and quality targets are met
*Ensure that new repair and maintenance jobs are progressed in line with key performance indicators
*Ensure that all broken down vehicles are dealt with in line with key performance indicators and procedures
*To ensure all jobs are progressed throughout the shift in order and in line with key performance indicators
*To be fully aware of all TIIs and IBs
*Maintain a professional attitude, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers
*Authorise repair invoices prior to payment, and maintenance expenditure, ensuring adherence to agreed procedures
*Liaise internally with departments. E.g Resource Management & Technical Facilities
* Act in a manner which is efficient, orderly and timely ensuring tasks are achieved within the set time-scales
*Carry out any duties deemed reasonable over and above and standard duties including deputising in other roles.
Your requirements will be:
*Experience within a Customer facing/Customer Service role
*Excellent communication skills
*Dealing with customer requirements
*Remaining calm when under pressure
*You will be highly organised
*Good standard of Education
*Able to satisfy Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) requirements
