PH-12 - Clerical Assistant - London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine - London

We are seeking to appoint a Clerical Assistant to support the team conducting our current programme of clinical trials. Good organisational and office skills are required, as well as a having a good working knowledge of MS Word and strong attention to detail.

The trial team consists of a group of enthusiastic and committed people with responsibilities for trial management, data collection and administration. The successful applicant will provide assistance primarily to the administration team and reports to the Trial Manager.

The post is for 12 months in the first instance, with potential for extension. The appointment is available immediately and the salary will be within the range £20,609–£22,937 in the Professional Support Pathway Grade 2.

The post will be subject to the LSHTM terms and conditions of service. Annual leave entitlement is 30 working days per year for all staff (pro-rata for part-time staff). In addition to this there are 6 discretionary “Director’s Days”. Membership of the USS Pension Scheme is available.
