Receptionist 6 month FTC - easyJet - London





As a

Receptionist at easyJet you will undertake an interesting mix of activities to

support the effective, secure and safe operation of the easyJet Facilities

team. Your main responsibility as a receptionist will be to assist in the

implementation and development of easyJet’s day to day running of the property

and facilities functions.

This role

is part time, working 30 hours per week based between our training academy and

head office, both situated at London Luton airport. The receptionists work on a

shift basis so you will need to be flexible to work different shifts during the

week.


As a

Receptionist at easyJet you will:


  • Welcome internal and external

    visitors to the facility, advise the person they are visiting of their

    arrival and give clear and concise directions

  • Communicate updated

    information to visitors and staff

  • Answer incoming calls,

    respond to general enquiries or connect callers to the right person

  • Be the first point of

    contact for any ‘on the day’ queries or conflicts

  • Ensure that any centrally

    held keys and equipment are signed in / out

  • Undertake regular facility

    checks morning and night as advised and liaise with IT / Facilities to

    resolve any issues or escalate as appropriate

  • Deal directly with service

    providers when required in order to maintain a smooth running of the

    premises

  • Order stationary supplies

    and distribute efficiently

  • Monitor and oversee staff

    and visitor car parking, advise about the car park policy, maintain car

    parking records and order or cancel staff access

  • Sort and distribute post in

    a timely manner

  • Firstaid and Fire officer

    responsibilities (training provided)

  • Wear a full easyJet crew

    uniform following the necessary uniform guidelines

    your own initiative

    day-to-day problems

  • Have a friendly,

    professional and calm manner

  • Ability to work under

    pressure and resolve difficult situations

  • Exceptional communication

    skills

  • Previous customer service

    skills are essential

  • Flexibility to work shifts

  • You must live and have the

    right to work in the United Kingdom
