Security Manager (Female)
Location: London
Salary: £50,000

We are seeking a Female Security Professional to manage the delivery of security services to a specialist location in Central London. Due to the nature of the site we are seeking applications from suitably qualified Female candidates.

Applicants must have previous security management experience and strong people management skills. You should have first class customer service skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders in a busy environment.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

Experience of managing a team
Proven leadership skills
Proven experience of integrating the delivery of security with other departments
First class customer service skills
Ideally hold a SIA license

Duties include:

• Management and leadership of the security function
• Delivering a customer focused security service
• Implement security initiatives and strategies
• Attend senior management meetings and strive for improvement of the security provision
• Recruitment, training and staff development
• Rostering of Officers
