At Harnham we have the luxury of being able to hire good talent when we see it. We’ve spent the last almost 10 years building a business from scratch with no outside financial backing. The last 18 months have seen us grow by more than 54% and we now have offices in London, Germany and the US (New York). Brilliant retention means that we can focus predominantly on internal growth to fill our future leadership positions, but occasionally we send the odd position out to market and right now we need Senior Recruitment Consultants to join us in London.

THE ROLE:

The role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant will probably be similar to what you’re used to. At Harnham, much of our business is built on long term relationships. We would require you to continue developing new business whilst working with existing clients.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The best people in recruitment have real drive, ambition, resilience and motivation so to us this is the most important requirement. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in recruitment, good communication skills and evidence of building strong relationships. The culture at Harnham is slightly different to most other recruitment companies and being a team player is of upmost importance to us.
