£20-25k (pro rata)

We are recruiting for one of the leading Sport Coaching and Sports Teaching companies in the UK. This company continues to grow in size, quality and scope every year and are looking for someone who is passionate about sports coaching.

As a Site Manager you will have control over the teaching of a wide variety of sports to children within a School/Area. You will plan programmes and lessons effetely within the company structure, monitor progress, inspire children and deliver effective and efficient classes.

You will also be managing a team of leaders and coaches at your site. You will need to make sure the resources available to you are used effectively and your team are led well, inspired and have the tools they need to deliver outstanding sessions.

You must have a passion for physical activity, sport and healthy lifestyles. You must also be able to take personal ownership for the delivery of the site’s sessions and to effectively manage your own little business.

To be suitable for this role you must be qualified have a sports coaching qualification (level 2), be a Sports Science graduate or have a teaching qualification. You may be recent graduate looking for your first coaching role or possibly you are a Teaching Assistant in a school already and looking for to focus more on sport. You may also have a childcare background or qualification and are looking for a career in coaching children.
