Salary: up to 23,000 basic (60K OTE)

Requirements for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Candidates must either be a graduate or have previous experience in a sales based role.

• They must be very financially driven, hard working and competitive.

• Personality is key! Candidates must possess strong communication skills, be confident and resilient and able to demonstrate examples of when they have used these skills.

• Candidates are also required to show examples of extracurricular activities that illustrate making a positive impact, preferably within a team.

• They must show willingness and desire to be successful within their chosen field.

• Candidates must be able to succeed in a fast-moving, target-driven role.

• Ability to learn new ideas and concepts quickly and to implement them successfully is also very important.
