United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland: HR Administrator
The Human Resources, Operations team is currently recruiting for a full-time HR Administrator, based in Oxford. The role provides administrative support to the wider HR Operations team, enabling the effective delivery of generalist HR support to our business partners across the organisation. In addition, the role supports the Resourcing team in advertising vacancies on external job boards and other administrative tasks, such as processing invoices and producing recruitment advertising metrics for HR teams..
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong administration and organisational skills to join our team. You will be an important point of contact for people both across the organisation and externally. You will have proven administration experience and the ability to deal in a tactful and professional manner with confidential information and sensitive situations. You will have a positive and flexible attitude and willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks. You must have good IT skills, such as Word and Excel.
