United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland: HR Administrator (1 year fixed term contract)


Sightsavers has an excellent role for a HR Administrator to join the HR Operations team. This is an opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a HR role supporting employees in the UK, Europe and Asia.


The successful candidate will join the overall HR team and will provide an excellent standard of HR administrative support in order to meet operational needs of the organisation globally.


The role will involve providing recruitment support, HR filing, data entry of employee information on to the HR system. It will also include maintaining a well-organised and efficient central storage system for employee files, processing invoices and supporting a newly developed preferred supplier lists for both recruitment agencies and training providers.


The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively. We are looking for a candidate who is customer-focussed with a flexible approach to their workload. Some experience in a HR related role would be beneficial.
