Call Handler ( Nights) - Medical Services Ltd - London E3


Call Handler required for our busy Dispatch Centre, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, be patient and have an understanding disposition. This post is fundamental to the smooth running of the Dispatch Centre, and attention to detail is essential. The candidate must be able to work under pressure and have excellent computer skills.


Main responsibilities:


1. Answer calls efficiently and in a timely manner.


2. Ensure excellent customer service at all times


3. Ensure all information is entered onto the booking correctly


4. Ensure all contractual requirements in terms of KPI’s are met on a daily basis


5. All eligibility to be correctly adhered to and entered onto the booking, and feedback to the customer is concise and informative, being able to point them in the correct direction for further assistance


6. Continuously develop and learn from Supervisor / Control Room Manager

Bow Dispatch Centre East London: Hours of Work 1 x 4 on 4 shift pattern 1900-0700.
