This position is varied and you will be expected to manage and win new clients, select candidates, negotiate contracts, network and post job adverts among many other things! Once you have completed the training period you specialise and become an expert in your field whether it be finance, energy or IT for example. This gives you the opportunity to demonstrate your entrepreneurial spirit and develop and progress your career quickly.
