Travel Advisor - East Midlands Trains - London

An opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual to join the Retail Team based at London St Pancras Station.

This role is a 6 month fixed term contract, and will require you to work 35 hours per week. Evening and weekend working is required as part of these roles.

This challenging, varied and sometimes demanding role ensures that customers receive accurate and impartial information and that they purchase the most appropriate ticket for their journey, leaving the Station feeling content with their purchase.

Excellent communication and customer service skills are key qualities for a Travel Advisor and the successful applicant should also have the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

A working knowledge of a retail environment, ticket types and products would be an advantage however a positive attitude is essential.
