Community Tenant Recruitment Advisor




Braundton Consulting is a recruitment agency recruiting on behalf of this client. You will have your own case load of tenants and will be giving them career’s advice, how to put together a CV, to helping them and directing them in applying for jobs. The other part of the role will be engaging with local clients in the area, job centres etc, to see if any matches can be made.


It may be you have come from a recruitment background, or the placing of Apprentices and the like or from an organisation that helps get people back to work, or HR or similar.


LOCATION – There are two positions that will see you go to different case loads. Those living nearer to the South-East will be looking after Lewisham (and on the couple of days you are office bound you can work out of Stratford). The other position will be looking after North London and on the 2 x days a week you will be based in the office you will be working from SW18 4SN

Fixed term contract until the end of December 2018


Salary between £26,000-£32,000pa depending on experience plus £1,300pa Essential Car User Allowance*


*ECU Allowance is paid in accordance with requirements of the relevant policy as updated from time to time.

This Client are a sought after employer to work for. They are looking for two exceptional individuals to help us deliver an exciting service to create places where people want to live. Through my clients JobReady scheme, they support people living in the housing associations homes, to move into paid employment. They are expanding JobReady, with two new posts funded by the European Union through the European Social Fund, providing direct support to caseloads of their residents.


You’ll have experience of working with a caseload of hard to reach clients in a targeted, time-pressured environment. You will be a consistent high performer with a strong track record of positive outcomes for your clients and a drive for results, as well as having the ability to empathise and build trust with the people you support.


You’ll be able to work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, developing and co-ordinating a package of help and support aiming to help your clients secure employment. A sound understanding of the barriers to employment is necessary for this post.

Ability to build trust and credibility with clients who may be vulnerable


Exceptional time management


Car driver essential.
