Customer Service Administrator Finance / Insurance
Customer Service Administrator required by insurance finance provider based in Central London W1. Competitive salary offered depending on skills and experience. Previous experience working with premium finance or insurance, within a customer facing or customer service role would be highly desirable.
We are looking to hire a Customer Service Administrator. This position will see you working in a strong team with experienced colleagues to learn from. You will work in a role that is a mix of customer service and customer administration. You will assist and help the Account Management staff, and the Sales staff as and when required in range of administration and process tasks.
Responsibilities:
-Assist and support the account managers as required
-Work with all key internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and timely response to all customer matters
-Data handling and data entry in to relevant company systems
-Be a back-up point of contact for brokers phone calls, emails and correspondence as required
-Establish and maintain customer files
-Assist to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
-Assist the Account Managers to prepare and complete the broker reviews and audits
-Improve quality results by evaluating processes and recommending changes
-Identify customer service trends
You:
-Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, are essential
-First class interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders across all levels
-Previous experience working with premium finance or insurance, within a customer facing or customer service role desirable
-Willingness to be empathetic to clients’ needs
-High attention to detail and a keen emphasis on accuracy, with experience in a high volume processing role
-Ability to work to deadlines, along with the flexibility to manage changing priorities and the ability to multi-task and follow tasks through to completion
-Proven ability to sustain high level of performance under pressure and remain focused when completing repetitive or routine tasks
-Insurance and financial services experience will be highly advantageous
-Proven skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-High level of initiative, along with a proactive nature
-Ability to self motivate, self manage and work both autonomously and as part of a team
-Degree qualified desirable
