Location: London
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per year (6 MONTH FTC)

Our company client is a FMCG business globally expanded who is currently seeking to recruit a driven and articulate Customer Service Executive to support the Customer Service and Logistics team based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders from the major key accounts, ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders and will provide a high level of customer service. Major responsibilities for this role:
* Liaise with the UK warehouse and deal with any problems or queries.
* Be the main contact for the key retail accounts, handling any order related matters or issues.
* To process orders via telephone, e-mail and EDI to a high level of accuracy.
* Ensuring all goods are delivered on time within the requested time frame.
* Ensure a high level of communication and customer service at all times.
Qualifications and competencies:
* An understanding of Manufacturing or FMCG supply chain
* Experience processing orders
* Experience working with major retailers
* 1 year+ FMCG supply chain experience
* Highly computer literate – strong excel
* JDE/Manugistics and ERP/MRP experience – preferred
