Job Title: Mini Habitat (Concession) Senior Sales Advisor

Location: Mini Habitat Nine Elms, Sainsbury’s

Salary: £18,000pa

As the Senior Sales Advisor you’ll support the Mini Habitat Manager in keeping the mini Habitat (concession) in the above Sainsbury’s store ticking when they’re not there. To do this, you’ll need infectious enthusiasm for our brand and our products, because this will be you and your team’s motivation and inspiration for giving every customer sparkling service.

A commercial, creative thinker, you’ll support your manager to lead the team towards explosive sales and profit, whilst creating a slick but irresistibly inspiring environment, both for them to work in and for your customers to shop.

As a Mini Habitat Senior Sales Advisor, you’ll support your manager to:

Bring out the best in your Mini Habitat, using your commercial and operational know-how to make it perform brilliantly
Deliver the Mini Habitat KPIs and objectives to energetically contribute towards the overall strategy
Create strong relationships, closely collaborating with the Sainsbury’s store management team to deliver
