The Role

As a trainee property sales or lettings negotiator you will work in a fast-paced, hectic and challenging environment dealing with a variety of different people. You will be surrounded by like-minded individuals who have a strong desire to succeed. You will receive structured and intensive training, which will quickly progress to a full 360 role. This will include; meeting your clients, building rapport and understanding their needs. You be working with landlords/venders selling, or letting, the properties they own. Showing clients around properties via multiple viewings will be an important part of the role and you will be required to chase solicitors and contracts.

Candidate Requirements:

As a Graduate Trainee Sales or Lettings Negotiator you must be extremely driven by success and motivated by money and recognition. It is desired that a candidate is degree educated, although this is not a requirement. A full driving licence, with no more than 3 points, is needed and experience in sales is important for the role.
