We have an exciting opportunity for a Snr Network Consultant / Implementation Engineer the Marketing Leading Software Company leading the way with their cloud based Wi-Fi Platform based in London

As a Snr Network Consultant / Implementation Engineer you’ll be CCNA or CCDA or CCNP certified with a strong Cisco Network Support background ideally with strong wireless / Wi-Fi experience, but with Strong Network Design, Architecture and development, ideally as part of small focused Network implementation team for a manged service provider MSP (But not essential). Ideally you’ll have experience of Design, setup and configure complex wireless networking that supports open or secured access and the ability to support voice and video applications, coupled with Knowledge in Maintaining a Wide Variety of Wireless network Controllers

We are looking for a Driven Certified Network Engineer with a Consultancy / Client Facing background, ideally from a Managed Service organisation specialising in Network implementation for SME’s to Enterprise Orgs..

As a WiFi Network Consultant your primary duties will be :-

* Maintain a thorough understanding of the fundamentals behind the Internet and its workings (DNS, Security, IP Routing, HTTP, VPN, DMVPN, HSRP, BGP, EIGRP)

* Configure and setup Cisco ASA Firewalls, Cisco ASR, and Security appliances for access to vital business applications

* Design, setup and configure complex switching environments

* Design, setup and configure complex wireless networking that supports open or secured access and the ability to support voice and video applications

* Knowledge of RADIUS, Authentication/Accounting

* Knowledge of tunnelling protocols IPSEC, LWAPP, L2TP. GRE

* Knowledge in Maintaining a Wide Variety of Wireless network Controllers

* Maintain a thorough understanding of Local Area Networking (LAN)

* Assist in the design of multi-server environments including IP address schemes, DNS, WINS, Ether-Channel (Bonding), etc.

* Configuring and installing client and server network software for upgrading and maintaining network and telecommunication systems.

* Maintaining multi-site network operations and software applications, operating systems and regular maintenance with both private and public facilities

* Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.

* Responding to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors and etc. to provide technical assistance and support to both new and existing customers.

* Supervising the administration of systems and servers related network to ensure availability of services to authorized users.

* Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and software applications, telephones and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services.

* Any other duties as assigned by management
