Supervisor - Queens - London NW1





The Queen’s is a beautiful pub right in the heart of Primrose Hill. We welcome many tourists as well as our loyal local customers through our doors every day. Our stunning dining room and bar offers delicious seasonal, British produce made by our dedicated kitchen. We are a small but proud team who work hard to ensure that we exceed customer expectation every time through our service, premises and offer.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and ambitious supervisor who would like to progress within our business and company.


The Role


As a supervisor you would bring on a daily basis a positive attitude to continue encouraging & nurturing our team of staff. You would ensure that excellent customer care is always carried out and that every member of the public that visits The Queen’s feels welcomed and looked after beyond expectation.


We are looking for someone that has that sociable sparkle about them that adds extra warmth to our friendly business, as well as having the drive and motivation to ensure that our business continues to successfully grow. The ideal candidate would have excellent attention to detail and will have the eye and ability to prioritise all those tiny noticeable things that make all the difference to a customer’s visit.

  • A Team Leader and Team Player – You should have the drive and patience to encourage, motivate and support our team, as well as work well alongside your fellow Team Members.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills- Our customers experience at The Queen’s must exceed all expectation from the moment they walk through our doors. You need to be that friendly face they instantly feel warmed to, along with being approachable and attentive; this should include pre-empting anything they may need or want before they even have to ask, following our Young’s Golden Rules and handling any and all situations which may arise correctly.

The Offer

35-45 hours per week spread over 5 days (2 days off).


Must be available to work evenings & weekends.


28 days holiday a year.
