We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to provide a friendly and welcoming environment, based at our Shoreditch offices. You will ensure that all incoming telephone calls are answered in a professional and courteous manner, directing calls to the appropriate parties after screening. You will also be responsible for welcoming visitors to the office, arranging room bookings and managing the office diary to ensure room preparation, refreshments and that the rooms are kept tidy at all times. You will be responsible for all stationary supplies and ensure that orders are placed using the most competitive prices. Organised and approachable, you will ensure the smooth running of the reception area.


We are looking for a pro-active, confident and professional Receptionist, possessing excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills. You will have proven experience and be able to effectively prioritise your work whilst working in a fast-moving and customer-focused environment. It is essential that you have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and can be flexible approach to the changing workload.
