Office Assistant - London - £22,000 to £25,000 p.a. - Hire Ground - London






My client, a fast passed and influential Tech Co, who are based in large offices in Central London, spanning several floors, with a dynamic, flexible and highly stimulating working environment, where good ideas are prized and rewarded correspondingly, urgently require an Office Services Assistant for their Operations dept.


You will work alongside the Operations Manager providing assistance whenever necessary. The role is extremely diverse and therefore any candidate must have an enthusiastic attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. You will be a positive character who likes to get stuck in!


Tasks include:


  • Routine checks including: IT stock checks, AV/VC functionality, ensuring meeting rooms are fit for purpose,etc..

  • Keeping the office and store rooms neat and tidy.

  • Assist the Operations Projects Team with various administration tasks:

  • Setting up new desks, drilling and creating fixtures for new office furniture / layouts (if you’re a bit of a handyman, that would be ideal!)

  • Disposal of old equipment

Please note – this role involves some heavy lifting.
22K -25K depending upon skills and experience –
