National Sales Manager - Home Based - National




Summary


Our client seeks a National Sales Manager. You will be working with one of the most prestigious companies within the UK energy market. The ultimate purpose of this role is to develop the TPI channel to deliver profitable, quality, long term business. Key Accountabilities


  • To source and develop TPI relationships to exceed budget and KPI goals

  • Devising and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed site and value expectations of the business

  • Ensure that data integrity and control is maintained

  • Manage and develop a team of TPI Business Development Managers

  • Develop and maintain a wide variety of senior relationships – internally and externally.

  • Champion quality, compliance and integrity at all times.

Personal Specification


  • Graduate calibre with minimum 5 years exceptional sales

  • Experience of developing key TPI/Supplier relationships in a business to business environment

  • Previous Senior B2B sales management experience.

  • In depth knowledge of the Gas & Electricity Market

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills

  • Very Strong Commercial and Business Awareness

  • Strong analytical & mathematical skills

  • Experience of strategic development and implementation
