The Felicity J Lord Graduate Management Programme is designed to enable you to experience all areas of the business in an 18 month period. It will take you through an accelerated development programme where you will first learn the role of an Estate Agency Negotiator, before progressing you on to becoming one of our Estate Agency Valuers. Once you have a wealth of experience in both roles, you will begin to learn more about the Management Development Side of the business.

Upon completing your programme, you will be invited to apply for any Assistant Branch Manager vacancies which become available, and will have formed a fantastic reputation as one of London’s best Estate Agency professionals.
