Accounts Assistant - London Media Branding Agency




Our client is a very successful Media Branding Company based in central London. They operate a fast paced, hard-working working environment and are excellent at developing people’s careers. They are currently looking to recruit a Finance Assistant/Accounts Assistant who has recently graduated and has about a year’s experience within a Finance team. Duties will include the following (full study support will be provided for the right candidate):


Timely and accurate posting of supplier invoices.


Selection and preparation of payments for approval.


Matching of employee expense claims.


Maintenance of supplier ledgers.


Reconciling supplier statements.


Dealing with supplier queries.


Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register.


Creating sales invoices.


Preparing VAT returns.


Preparing balance sheet reconciliations.


Calculating project margins.


Posting bank transactions and preparing weekly bank reconciliations across countries.


To apply you will need to have between 1 and 2 year’s experience in a Finance role, and you MUST be a graduate. You will need to have started your ACCA or CIMA, or be keen to start your studying very soon.


This is an excellent all round role which will offer fantastic career progression in a fast paced environment, for the right candidate.
