Person Specification
We are looking to recruit a driven, knowledgeable and ambitious middle leader ready to adopt an increase in responsibility as an Assistant Headteacher responsible for the management of an entire phase within the school. With a positive and enthusiastic approach to leadership, colleagues will seek out the ideal Assistant Headteacher for inspiration and guidance. The school wants to recruit an Assistant Headteacher who has a past record of effective training and development which they are ready to utilise within a new position from this September. Importantly, the chosen Assistant Headteacher must show the ability to communicate management strategies throughout the school and establish strong relationships with parents.


About the Role
In this exciting Assistant Headteacher position you will be considered a vital member of the SLT from day one. As an Assistant Headteacher, you will be observing each member of your team teach lessons in order to critically evaluate their approach and offer helpful advice . In this Assistant Headteacher post you will be leading from the front in terms teaching techniques and standards, driving forwards engagement and attainment within this important early phase of the school. Developing into a successful senior leader, the experienced Headteacher at this school will offer a first class training programme designed to prepare you for whole school leadership responsibility in the future.
